At PeaceYoga we are offering sustainable, ethically produced products for your yoga practice.
Our mission is to change the way we think about yoga products, through a more conscious and meaningful approach.
All our products are made from natural or recycled materials and shipped to you in reusable packaging. The only plastic we use is recycled plastic bottles used to make our yoga leggings.
Natural rubber
We use sustainable natural rubber for our yoga mats. Natural rubber is produced by the rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis). The milk from the tree is collected by making a cut in the bark – which is called ‘tapping’. Depending on the use, the milk is then processed in different ways.
We use natural cork for our Earth Yoga Mat and our Yoga Wheel. Cork is an impermeable buoyant material, that comes from harvesting the outer layer of the Cork Oak Tree.
Cork production is sustainable because the cork tree is not cut down, but only the bark is stripped to harvest the cork. The tree continues to live and grow. The sustainability of production and the ease of recycling of both cork products and by-products are important aspects.
We use sustainable products and working on making their journey as ethical as possible.
Thanks to new recycling technologies, we can now turn plastic bottles into soft, polyester thread to make eco-friendly garments. It is fascinating how our PeaceYogaEco leggings are so soft, even though they are made from around 12 plastic bottles.
Peace Yoga Eco is changing the way we think about Yoga products! I was so happy with my Peace Yoga Eco recycled fabric yoga pants. No slipping and sliding off the hips and totally moved with me throughout a dynamic vinyasa yoga class. I didn't have to pull them up once. I tried these on a hot day in the Middle East and I still felt like they were breathing with me -not too thick or clingy which can be quite a distraction! I'll also be wearing these out of yoga as they effortlessly become a cool pair of leggings off the yoga mat. Next time, I am going to be bold and try the cut-outs as I felt these pants were not only environmentally friendly, comfortable but very flattering as well! I 'll be back for more.

I have been practicing Yoga for more than a decade and the PeaceYoga PU and natural rubber mat, is by far the best mat I have ever had! It's totally anti-slip and it is gorgeous!
The leggings are very comfortable, both for Yoga and walking or running. They are light so you don't heat up in them and it's just cool to know they are made from recycled plastic!
